Absolutely terrible service. Their remote died and after calling about a dozen different representatives and offices of Lynx, representatives not calling back, being sent on wild goose chases with contractors that don't even carry their products anymore (for good reason obviously), they just simple refused to help. If you want any kind of support or assistance, this is not the place you want to go.

AVOID at all cost. I owned different houses, travelled the world and went to MANY suppliers and distributors and this BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You get absolutely ZERO after purchase help. Lost my remote and had to call about 6 numbers, 10 people, 5x the price an absolute nightmare. The furst lady was so rude I never get offended or snap but I did, how could you treat customers like this? They made me feel so small and stupid! Sorry I'm not a garage professionnal? I have 2 unuversity degrees and I know a thing or two don't treat your customer with condescending manners.GO WITH MAINSTREAM brands like craftsman, liftmaster etc0/10 product0/10 service

Worst customer service you could ask for and they know it. We bought several garage doors from them 9 months ago and upon opening one of them for the first time the mechanism that pulls the door up broke. Seems like an easy enough fix for a company like this but they would not even acknowledge that we are clients. I gave them the name of my company, what we ordered, the month that we ordered it in and even the installer. I did not have the exact order number with me because that bill has been filed with my accountant but that really shouldn't matter. When a client gives you 4 pieces of information to identify himself that should be enough to find him in your database, and if that is not enough then you should be really worried about this company as a client because this means one of two things. Either they are poorly organized or they are incompetent. One way or another you have to be aware that if you have any problems (which you will because the quality of their product is questionable) you are on your own and will have no support. This is a question of not wanting to help the client at all. So this is their mode of operation, 1) Produce an inferior product than your competitors 2) Charge less and sell as much as you can 3)Stonewall anybody who calls for help and client blame" them into not helping them and force them to find support elsewhere. 4) If that does not work blame it on your installer who sometimes pays you in CASH. Does that sound about right Mr. LYNX Sales Rep that tried to make it sound like it was my fault that he had no clue who I was? When a retail client spends almost 15k on your product
