This store has a lot of variety and is a great place to go if you're shopping for electronic gifts or games. They have a good selection of memory cards and batteries as well. The phones and laptops are available at a more economic price than your average tech department store, but the return policy is not as good if you end up not liking your experience with the product. Hours are not always accurate. Overall, the store has more options for games, toys, and accessories and relatively better prices.

I have been going here for years! The costumer service is great, employees are very knowledgeable and skilled, and the variety of their inventory is incredible. Prices are super affordable and they do not over-charge like other stores. Very satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend paying them a visit.

Horrible customer service. I spent a $100 more for a cell phone Expecting good customer service and help with getting all my apps back and I was waiting patiently while the merchant was helping other customers in between and then he decided that I was there too long and wanted to kick me out after i spent $70 more at the store and now this cellphone doesn't even work properly .I'm hoping I can return it. I will get keep you posted I spent $290. For a phone that doesn't work I was treated horribly and disrespected for no reason, if you want a horrible experience come to this location.

I have had nothing but problems with their refurbished computers. Under NO circumstance buy their refurbs. They can't even handle simple emails, or even a simple dual screen. Tech Source has a No Return policy for a reason. They don't care what they sell as long as they sell it to you. Buy at your own risk. That's their motto and it's appalling in 2021.

Purchased a buzztv 4000 Set-Top Box from Techsource, took it home, set it up, but could not get it to work properly. It was functional over wi-fi, but froze up when connected via ethernet. Also, the learning remote would learn the 'source' button, but never the 'power' button for our tv. Called the store, but all they did was blame our internet, Speed test

Excellent service. I had a pretty old laptop with a broken ac charger. It was proving very hard to find a replacement until I stumbled by techsource after coming from factory direct.They went out of their way to find the unusual charger I needed and less than a day they found it!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Just read through the good reviews and you can tell that mostly all are fake. Please save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.response:I am unsure of what you are talking about. I came to your shop on Thursday regarding a USB floppy drive and left the store empty handed as I was treated with complete disrespect. Customer service skills are non existent at this location, and whoever is responding to these reviews represents the business perfectly as coz ur" is extremely unprofessional. You will never see me back at your business."

Ive never left a bad review in my life but if there is one place that deserves it its this place right here. Absolutely TERRIBLE service and products. all their products are Ali-express quality and they all broke after a month or so. when i tried to return it they almost kicked me out of the store.ALL OF THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND ITS OBVIOUS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAYEDIT: I think you've mistaken me for a different unhappy customer... seems like you have a lot of them by the sounds of it. I've never claimed to have a blog so you have the wrong person. one of many complaints as i can see.....

Employees have no empathy for their loyal customers. They give you a good first impression which is why I have spared you the mercy and given a 2 star rating, but if follow up with them another time regarding issues with your product they leave you in the dust. Selling poor quality accessories as a trick to get you to come again and buy more poor quality accessories, as you can see this is an infinite loop, until you take the courage to leave them. I say for fellow future customers, please don’t get fooled and get in the infinite loop!

Techsource has a great variety of amazing electronics that are always a perfect buy. The store itself is very organized and the employees are exceptionally kind and understanding. I love going here as I always get everything I need quickly and efficiently while being able to catch up with the friendly team. I've never had any difficulties and everything from purchases to repairs are amazing. Highly recommend taking a visit!!
