Merchants Canada is amazing. They have good quality stuff. Reliable and AMAZING customer service. The owner is great to work with and helps whenever I have a an order for a customer with specific needs. Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. In the used refurbished market it is SOO important to work with ethical and trustworthy people because you never know what you are getting. It is almost as bad as the used car market. I have used many suppliers in the past but keep coming back as their customer service and quality of products are unmatched. Sometimes I even feel like I am buying brand new machines just without the original packaging.Highly recommend.

Ordered online, shipped same day. Product was exactly as advertised, new condition even though it’s was discontinued several years ago. Great find and excellent transaction.
