Aberdeen Ultrasound & X-Ray
I have had all my to Aberdeen Ultrasound appointments here, and everyone is always so welcoming and SO lovely to talk to, the techs are all amazing! X-ray and Ultrasound, the Receptionists have been nothing but kind and very accommodating, all my appointments have always been on time if not early, very easy to find the location. COVID protocols are easy to follow. Would highly recommend.

Aberdeen Ultrasound & X-Ray
We had an amazing experience with the staff and X-ray tech Jasmin. Our young son hurt his leg and needed to be seen. Jasmin took the time to explain what she was doing, allowed our son to see the pictures after it was taken and was very professional. All around great service!!

Not happy as I sit outside in the cold. If you are soon to be parents, just know that their regulations mean that the mother is going in alone. Good news or bad news, she is going through it without her partner. No one is allowed to accompany them in. They are saying it's covid policy, but restrictions have been lifted by public health.

Aberdeen Ultrasound & X-Ray
Had an ultrasound done yesterday with the Russian lady. She made the whole appt very uncomfortable from the time she came outside to get me to the time I left. It was a pleasant experience at all. And I have had other ultrasounds down, the tech wouldn't even talk I couldn't even ask anything.

Aberdeen Ultrasound & X-Ray
I received a phone call this morning, regarding the booking of an appointment for an ultrasound. After about 5 minutes of talking, I mentioned to the lady that I have a medical exemption regarding masks, due to having had open heart surgery last year, and which I am still recovering from. After checking with someone else in the office, she returned to tell me that they would be sending my referral back to the local hospital, as they require a mask.Seriously, why do these clinics feel so high and mighty? The local hospital in Kamloops accepts my exemption, without a question.

Aberdeen Ultrasound & X-Ray
I believe that our health system is broken. A very poor system of getting an X-ray. Sometimes there’s no one there to let you in or give a time to come back, very frustrating. If lucky enough to find someone there they are very pleasant and helpful. I was down there at 8:30 this morning and found a sign saying they would not be open until 12:30 pm, I stood in front of the for 5 minutes and there was no response so I left, returning at 12:45 only to find they were fully booked for today. Im sure that a phone reservation system would work much better for everyone involved.

Aberdeen Ultrasound & X-Ray
I know, tests (like ultrasound/x-rays) are needed to rule out issues/see whats going on inside the body. However, that said, I was extremely frustrated about having to go for a ultrasound this August. Absolutely did not want any part of it. What I didn't know, was there was two incredible people in the clinic finally on my side. Lisa was amazing on the phone & also to deal with. She answered all my questions and called me back quickly. Janaia (hopefully I spelt that right) WAS THE BEST ultrasound technician EVER!!!! I've had a few over the years. But Janaia was hands down the best. She was patience, kind, efficient and made me feel so comfortable. I can not thank her enough. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!Also thank you to the rest of the team!Have a great day guys,Lisa

Fast and friendly service. They made an effort to keep me comfortable and answered questions friendly and knowledgeable. I felt safe and in good hands. (I cannot judge the actual ultrasound but don't see why it would be an issue)
