Executive Jewels

Awful customer service. There is a wall of Jelly Cat stuffed animals that my kids were looking at. We would have bought a few but I'm not spending money at a store that I feel unwelcome and glared at the entire time. Very unpleasant experience.

I was drawn into this store because the display windows were so unique, different and aesthetically pleasing. This beautiful store also offers local merchandise which was another reason I stopped to look around. A wonderful conversation with the owner rounded out my shopping experience, I will certainly be back. Highly recommended.

The staff at this store were so kind and helpful. They greeted us as soon as we came into the store but gave me my own time to look around and shop which I really appreciated. They were very knowledgeable about the products and very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!

If giving this place no stars was an option I would. I recently witnessed one of the worst displays of customer service in my life. I was shopping in this store on Dec 26, staff were constantly asking customers “if they needed something” to the point it was at a level of harassment. I overheard a customer and her family inform the staff that they would let them know if they needed anything. It somehow then turned into the staff screaming at the customers, chasing them onto the concourse of the mall telling them to “get out of the store”. They then called security and started screaming “don’t give them our names” when one of the customers asked. Well according to their website the two involved were apparently the owners who have their names and pictures posted for all to see. Cheryl and Adeena. The two of you should be ashamed of yourselves for handling a matter in YOUR store in this manner. After witnessing this I put down the item I was going to buy and left the store. I will never return to this store and I would not recommend them to anyone. If you are a local business who sells your items there, you should reconsider. At this rate, this store won’t last very long anyway.

We, my daughter and I, have been shopping at Executive Jewels for a while, mostly because of their incredible Jellycat selection. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the owner, Cheryl and her husband are two of the nicest people I have met. They go beyond great customer service in all areas. It’s always a pleasure to shop there.In addition to the marvellous Jellycats, they carry a great deal of local merchandise, one of a kind items and beautiful jewelry.

Every time I have shopped at Executive Jewels I have found unique amazing gifts to give to family and friends. All one of a kind merchandise from Manitoba Makers and other vendors. My favorites are the socks at the back of the store on the table in front to the Jolly cats. Cheryl and Adeena are welcoming and friendly and really knowledgeable about the products they sell. the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Great shopping experience! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of products, easy to pick out a gift for anyone. Will be shopping here again next time.

If you are looking for unique gifts for people or need to find gifts for people from somewhere other than Winnipeg, this would be the place. They have such a great variety. The staff was super helpful as I am not a good shopper ( thank goodness they are patient too lol) and needed some ideas for certain friends.

Found some unique gifts for my wife's birthday here. Very impressed with the concept of Executive Jewels and the platform they provide Manitoba makers. Staff was very helpful. Glad to be able to support local.
