Worst customer service ever! All friendly and professional until they sign you up. They require a credit card number in order to get a quote. Then good luck trying to get them again! There are so many franchises, and every number gets you a new call centre". All day yesterday

I tried the service and found the weed control to be reasonable. I then tried the grub control and it was entirely ineffective, when they recently phoned to sell me on grub control this year I declined and encountered firm resistance from the sales person. I requested to cancel all services. I was told I could not cancel service with him and would need to phone the office. I phoned the office and waited on hold for 1hr and 3 minutes. I gave up. They seem to have created a system where you can't cancel the service if you wish to do so.

I recently recommended the Weedman to my aging mother and the technician has treated her with the utmost respect. Explains everything they are doing in detail. I wish my mother would have gotten his name so I could pass it on. They service my lawn as well for over 6 years and have done a great job. All my neighbors are envy of my lawn.

I needed to reschedule my missed appointment, 11 days later still no date. Called to cancel account as they will not give one 90 yr old customer a phone call because they only text or email but they have many people who answer their phones. Not all seniors have a cell phone or computer. I was only asking for one customer to be called to advise of the new appointment time, not everyone. They don't need my business as they have many customers in a day.

Absolutely love the services we have had thus far with Weedman! The technicians have been very professional, thorough, and kind. We even forgot some dog toys on the lawn, and he kindly moved them for us :) was so nice to be rid of the moss! As a previous DIYer, I love having the peace of mind knowing all I have to do is mow and water! Looking forward to the rest of the season with you. Thank you Weedman!

I have had the service for the past two years, with this year being the second year. I primarily have the weed services for the Grub package that Weedman offers. I am unsure how effective it is and only time will tell or until the crows stop coming back, but the product used for tackling weeds is not that great. I have had several new weeds form on the grass, now even extending from the lawn to my hedges, which is separated by a concrete curb. Weedman does offer free reapplications which is great, but for having their service for almost two years now, I am unsure if I would consider renewing again with the new weeds forming.

I ordered their services on April 17th and before May. 7th, there was just one guy came and did something I didn't recognize at all. The customer lady told me it was nutrition, but my lawn is almost dead, what's that for? I called to cancel their services and customer service people promised me a full refund. Guess what, I paid $406 and I got $345.78 back. I paid $50 for nothing. Don't bother to call them again and I wrote review here. Simple and straight, I had very very bad experience with them.

Hi,I have cancelled my services in Feb 2023 and they sent me a confirmation for cancellation as well. They continued to send invoices and charge my credit card until, I blocked my card. Then they sent collection notices. I requested them to correct it but them never listened. I will never recommend them to my contacts.Very disappointed.

Each individual that came out provided their knowledge and expertise on the weeds and horsetail which was helpful as I was told by many that I was stuck with the horsetail forever. Over the past few weeks I’ve noticed some of them are withering away and I’m getting some greener grass

I was not sure of the quality of product and service I was going to get when I signed up... but I am very glad I did. The team at Weed Man Delta has been fantastic. They are very responsive, the advice given has been spot on and the services provided has been excellent. I am not sure why I didn't do it years ago.
