they either didn't scan my tim card or for whatever reason aren't honoring the deals on the app. Msgd tim hortons through the app and they told me to go to the store. Think I'll just go somewhere else thanks. No roll up and no deal that the app promised...again

Bought lunch $6 for lunch ×4 (tea with any sandwich promo)and the cashier was new and the person next to her was very helpful. He explained to me and in great detail and rang it all in fir her. I got my order and the food was delicious with drink and everyone was happy

Atmosphere doesn't apply due to drive true. Food was excellent service was very slow. Far from 30 seconds per order more like1½ to 2 minutes per vehicle

I've never had a good experience at this location. Today was the final straw for me. I went through the drive-thru and ordered 6 donuts. When they handed me the box I opened it to make sure the order was correct as I've had issues at this location before and I had also just watched the person in the window try to hand the box to the car in front of me. When I opened the box the donuts were incorrect. I picked up two from the box to make sure that they were incorrectly made before I told the employee of the mistake. She then took the donuts back from me after I had them in my car and TOUCHED them and she put them back in the display case to sell to someone else. That is DISGUSTING!!! It's actually worse than the time they sold me chili that was still partially frozen and hadn't been brought up to a safe temperature. The health board should shut this location down!

Been there twice, there will NOT BE A 3RD time. Very impolite workers on both occasions with miserable faces and attitude to match, not even a hello when you say it, or a thank you and they just throw your items to you. No sir I'll go further down Elmwood road as they make you feel more welcome

Best place for a quick coffee and breakfast snacks. They offer so much more. Stop by your local Tim Horton's for a wonderful treat.

No hair nets making sandwiches I've mentioned it multiple times to restaurant management at this location today I found a long blonde hair in my sandwich this was my final straw this restaurant not to mention how dirty this restaurant gets homeless sleeping or injecting in store definitely needs more inspection

This is a reasonably good location. We go to this one instead of the one in Notre-Dame because that one's a dumpster fire.
