Shanthi is an amazing practitioner, she's knowledgable in a variety of areas (can give insurance receipts for both osteo and massage therapy) and just has magic hands. I've gone to her for several years now with fresh as well as old injuries and she's always able to identify the source of the pain and handle it at its root, offering both immediate and lasting relief. I'll often go with an issue I'm describing in one part of my body, only to have her work on a different area entirely, but at the end of the session I always walk away with an immense amount of relief as well as more information on what exactly happened to cause my pain, and what I might be able to do to continue alleviating it. I recommend Shanthi to literally anyone who tells me they have any sort of injury or chronic pain. I've also appreciated how COVID cautious she's been, and extremely communicative regarding measures she's putting in place for her own as well as her client's safety. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I found Shanti's services online, can't say enough great things about her.Started to go for an intense neck pain that I have for long time. A Tight,  pulling side neck resulting with many headaches and limited mobility. She's very attentive, intuitive to my need and had eased my pain to a lot. It feels less pressure and flexible. Shanthi is excellent osteopath and massage therapy practitioner. I have seen many other practitioners throughout the years and have found her to be the most helpful with my lower back pain (SI joint). I can tell she loves learning and improving her practice because her knowledge is vast. Shanthi has given me exercises and stretches to do at home that actually help reduce or eliminate the pain. I am now in a place where I mostly experience no back pain!

Sa grande connaissance du corps fait en sorte qu'elle sait où et comment intervenir pour soulager les douleurs et permettre un réalignement des différentes parties du corps. Really appreciated the attention Shanthi gave in the pre-consult. She helped identify the source of discomfort and suggested helpful stretches. I think her knowledge as an osteopath makes her an even better massage therapist! She also uses a variety of techniques to make sure you get the best massage for your issue.
