She does excellent work and is actually a real, properly trained tailor. I've taken clothes to her to show her and she will tell me if it's worthwhile to alter or if it's going to be too expensive. The door is locked and you have to ring the doorbell because unfortunately, she's had thefts.

Called to get quotes on dress pants and dress shirts for dry cleaning and she answered saying come here and I will tell you, I said just give me a rough idea as I’m coming with quite a few pants and shirts. She said I’m busy and just hung up the phone …….. alright lol. I’ll take my business elsewhere then.

Perhaps one of the most friendly Cleaners and tailors I have ever experienced. I brought in a designer fall/winter jacket that needed some care. She immediately identified the challenges, how to resolve it and explained it perfectly.She kept in contact via phone calls as to the progress.Once I received the items that needed repair, I was truly blown away. It was flawless.Kind. Genuine. Professional.(PS... ask about her fish tanks)11/10. Well done.

The door is locked on arrival, I have found the business to not be open on posted hours on occasion, and I was not allowed to temporarily bring my clean bike inside while doing business, as I had forgot a lock. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I've attended the business on three occasions now during the posted business hours" and the business has been locked and closed on each occasion. My voicemails are not returned. At this point I'd just like my suits back and I'll take my next business elsewhere."

They ruined my brand new white dress shirt that I spent over $150 on while dry cleaning it. They would not take ownership. I had only wore the shirt twice during a job interview virtually. I do not know how they got stains of pink and red all over this beautiful new white shirt. I will never go back and I recommend you don't either.

Always excellent. Been going here for years. I usually call ahead before I go as sometimes she's away from the store during business hours
