I've had a great experience with Kathy showing me how to use the cpap machine ,how it works and the benefits i will receive from it. Kathy has been very helpful with mask sizing and has been available to talk me through some concerns i have had throughout this new experience for me and my family

I had a disappointing experience at this store and would like to share my feedback. I found the product recommended by Ken, the sales rep, to be quite challenging to use. It didn't provide the comfort and ease of use I was hoping for. I later discovered the P10 product, which seems to be highly regarded and could have been a better fit for my needs. It would have been helpful if the staff had mentioned this option as well. I'm considering seeking legal advice to explore my options for resolving this matter.
