Working with Carlin is a delight. When we asked her to help us renewing our mortgage and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained in detail what was needed and what our situation would look like and what we can get. She is organized and got the ball moving without us having to move a finger. She provided us with a list of paperwork she needed for the bank and lawyer and contacted the lawyer and provided them with the paperwork. I highly recommend Carlin Poole as mortgage broke. You feel taken care of and she takes care of you.

Carlin was instrumental in helping us to better understand the mortgage ins-and-outs, especially as first time homebuyers! She was kind, patient and responded to our many questions in a timely manner. Her professionalism was top notch and we really appreciated how knowledgeable and empathetic she was because it definitely made us feel comfortable. Although we ended up getting our mortgage through a different place, her efforts to shop around for us ultimately led to us getting a lower competitive rate. We’d absolutely employ her skills again in the future!
