One of the worst cleaners ever met!!! Got one winter jacket cleaned, guy handed over jacket back exactly the way it was with a nice plastic wrapper on it. After showing him all the dirt and stains, he kept insisting that he is one of the best cleaners in the city. Since I paid him beforehand, he didn't offer to clean again. Stores like this should close down.

Honestly I bought a new jacket a week ago , got dirty because of my dog . Brought it in for a cleaning , and was hoping they would be professional with the fur on the coat but to my surprise ruined the fur and didnt take in consideration how fragile such a fabric it is . When I brought it back to them to explain what he had done wrong he went out of his way to take the ruined fur and start brushing it like it would become brand new again .DO NOT BRING EXPENSIVE OR FRAGILE CLOTHING HERE !! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND YOUR CLOTHING WILL BE JUST AS GOOD AS GARBAGE.Only thing you may get is your money back or might not.

I had a suit and a few other things that needed to be dry cleaned and they turned out great. I thought a couple of my blue shirts had had it, but I was wrong. They came out looking like new. I was very pleased. Thanks for sewing on the missing buttons.
