Ken Murphy, was my realtor in Lethbridge .He was top notch, professional and caring . I was an out of town buyer( from Montreal), and Ken did his level best to show me as many houses as he could. He treated me like family. I ended up choosing and purchasing a house sight unseen. Ken was there guiding me through the whole process. House inspection, lawyers and the services of house snap.Ken picked me up from my hotel lobby , thereby ensuring I did not get lost, trying to find my own way. My previous agent did no such thing , and I wasted my time with her. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would.Thank you so very much Ken.

I Began working with Ken Murphy (Realtor) about 4 months ago. I was on an extended visit in North Dakota which made it difficult. I travelled 3 times to Lethbridge, and each time Ken had a list of houses in my price range and area I was interested in. When I found what I wanted, he knew all the steps I needed to take and he personally Talked with my Banker and Insurance agent to help facilitate the sale. He put me in touch with property inspectors, legal services, and a repair handyman. He let people in and out in order to do the repair work and even shoveled tha walk. Once the sale was complete he continued to help with setting up repairs as I was still south of the border and unable to be there.I found Ken to be professional, knowledgeable. and helpful from the start and highly recommend him.
