The chicken and their hot sauce was really good. The rice and potatoes were decent but the vegetables were definitely over cooked. They were kinda mushy. But the owner was an extremely friendly and sociable guy. Definitely will come back here in the future.

I visited this place back to back recently. Had the half chicken combo and their tarts. The 4.7 raring on Google is legit. The chicken is flavourful and crispy in the right places. The hot sauce is tasty and goes well with the chicken. The tarts are home made, though limited, so get em when u can. The men at the counter are welcoming and warm. Top place to get Portuguese chicken!

I ordered a large catering order from Rei Do Churrasco for my church's Easter Lunch, and it was just amazing! The process of ordering with Fausto, the owner, was incredible - he is so kind and very accommodating. The delivery driver ensured that our food got to church safely, and it was still piping hot when we opened it up. The food itself was absolutely delicious - juicy, tender chicken with crispy edges, delicious potatoes, rice and salad, and the yummiest Portuguese custard tarts ever. We would 100% order catering from Rei Do again, and I plan to head into their restaurant myself the next time a craving for Portuguese chicken strikes. 5 stars, 100% recommend!

Chicken was great. Hotsauce though was a pleasant surprise, usually I'll just eat a bit but I couldn't stop it was so good. But the tart was fantastic, blown away good. And sub $20 for what is going to be 2 meals worth of food.

Excellent traditional Portuguese takeout. Good value, great food, nice staff. We take out here regularly. Good for small and large catering as well.

I really love the food here.Always satisfied no matter what dish I try. The staff are amazing and friendly. Prices are really fair. Especially with everything getting more expensive today.They aren't charging more and giving us less like most places.Best portuguese food in town for sure. Best hot sauce too.

We have ordered catering from here for many events, big (100 people) to small (10) and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh, hot and most importantly DELICIOUS!! Everyone always asks where we get it from and are shocked with the quality and value. My go to items - BBq chicken, veal parmigiana, fried fish fillets, roast beef, rice, potatoes and custard tarts. As little treats for myself, I usually grab a small bag of chicharon (fried pork rinds). I love to cook and am not too bad at it, but i cant beat the flavours Fausto (owner) and his team are able to create, so they are now my go to anytime we are hosting a family dinner.In addition to good food, the customer service is great and super friendly - they make you feel like family.Try them out for your next dinner or big event and I guarantee you and your guests will be back.Enjoy!

I decided to do takeout and visited this place for the first time. The person at the register was super friendly and helped explain the different types of foods they offer. I ended up getting the 1/2 chicken dinner and it was extremely filling.Great plate to share for two and enough for two meals for one person! The serving sizes are extremely generous and everything was cooked perfectly!It is not oily at all which I tend to find in most similar offered items around the GTA, the seasoning was perfect and not too salty! I highly recommend this place for a quick stop for lunch or dinner and I will be coming back.

Delicious, first time trying Rei Do Churrasco and it was wonderful, ordered delivery through one of the food delivery AAP’s.The whole grilled chicken and grilled Calamari were very tasty and the garden salad was very fresh and quite large compared to some of the other restaurants that provide a salad to go with an order, the only let down was the size of the codfish cakes, I was expecting a larger cake.To be fair I have eaten Portuguese style codfish cakes and can’t really say for sure they are small or the size follows the traditional size of Portuguese codfish cakes.To wrap this up spent approximately $45 including tipping the driver, I my opinion great value and well worth it.

Amazing service, very friendly website to order Portuguese cuisine. Best Roasted Piglet and Portuguese Chicken in Town. Take Out, Pickup, Delivery and Catering.
