This company makes no sense, they didn't tell me that I would be charged another 100$ then claimed that it's a deposit. Makes no sense to spend another 100 dollars. They overdraft my account. But wouldn't reimburse me for the inconvenience. Terrible scammers.

What's the deal with this company and it's customer service? 1st attempt at contacting customer service I was hung up on. 2nd attempt as well. Finally a rep called me back, only to try and lie as for my money refund. People don't waste your time and money with this company.

Got a steering rack for my mk5 tdi from this place worked out fine, needed to get the programming done thru vcds but overall quality product at a reasonable price. Will buy again.

This place was recommended by a friend because they specialize in european vehicles,mind you im a tradesman as well and could easily fix my vehicle if i wasnt working 11 hrs a day 6 days a week and just wanted a honest mechanic .my bmw had a common valve cover gasket leak that I diagnosed,brought it to bmw to get it diagnosed and they found the same issue,I usually get more than one diagnosis before authorizing work and since I was confident I brought to alpis to get fixed.i was told by the older gentleman they had to diagnosed car before working on it ,after they looked at the car ,I was shocked that they completely missed the valve cover leak and told me I had a leak on my rear main seal lol.. any one that know cars would realize a rear main seal if leaking would leave spot on driveway and I was more shocked that both bmw tech and I would miss such an easy catch. Not only did they give bad diagnosis the charged me a fee for telling me something that was not accurate.long story shortened I had my gasket replaced by a different shop in Richmond and that shop did a free infection as well after replacing my valve cover gasket and the did not notice any leak from rear main seal.its been 4 months now and no issues I would not reccomend any one going to this shop as they are not honest and you will pay for extra work not done for sure

Crazy Prices. They charge literally double to triple of nearest competitors. This business would be dead ages ago without ICBC business. Took me two phone calls to find the part I was looking for half of what they quoted me.Specifically I was looking for a MK4 Jetta glove box. An item you can usually find in the 40-50$ range. They quoted me 120$.After two phone calls I found the part for 40$.This should tell you all you need to know about what this business thinks of you as a customer.
