Mack Kirk completely re-roofed my house about 20 years ago and all was perfectly fine until earlier this month when water started dripping through a ceiling light fixture in the kitchen during a heavy rainstorm. I 'phoned the Mack Kirk office at 7:00 am and their roofing technician was on-site by 9:30 am. After a thorough inspection he diagnosed the issue as a leaking seal around an upstairs window rather than a fault in the actual roofing. Window re-sealed, debris on the roof removed and he was away in under an hour. No leaks since and problem solved efficiently at a fair price.
