Philip from Blue Jay Home Inspections arrived promptly and gave me an overview of the inspection process. He gave me a verbal description of everything he was looking at, his concerns and what I should do as a home owner to take better care of my home. He was extremely thorough and patient and walked through the entire house with me, going over every detail from room to room. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He took time to show me where all the Shut-off valves were and how to replace simple things easily, if i needed to. He has a great sense of humor and makes the entire process very informative and fun.
