Rented suits for a wedding. Good variety of options. We have rented suits here before and have had a good experience. Joe is amazing to deal with!We did have a bunch of issues with all six groomsmen suits rented. Pants were too short, shirts were too short, holes in shoes, etc. Collins did their best to overnight new sizes for everyone. Most issues were corrected prior to the wedding. Overall, would still come back.

I've been here twice now, once to get fitted for a suit for a wedding, and another time just recently to grab a few accessories for a Christmas party. Both times were great, my suit fit excellent and I had no issues. I recently stopped by to grab a tie, pocket square and socks. Joe is a solid guy, he gave me a deal on the items which was totally unnecessary and greatly appreciated. That sort of customer service is what gets you repeat customers. I'll certainly go back next time I'm in need of some formal attire. Thanks Joe!

I went there to rent a tux for my wedding and booked a wedding consultation. Everyone working there WAS really nice, but everyone ignored me. They prioritized any other customer coming in over me while I stood there awkwardly. Every 5 minutes or so, some lady would come up and say we'll be right with you". This happened for a good 20 minutes after which I left. The day before

We used Collins for our wedding in June and they were terrible. They were unorganized and always rude when we called. They emailed one of the groomsmen about the suits being ready instead of the groom. Another time they called the best men the groom. They said they suits would be ready for try on 2 weeks before the wedding. We called two weeks out and were told no, actually its the day before the wedding. When we asked what happens if alternations are needed one day before the wedding the girl on the phone rudely exclaimed we have built our entire business doing this

Dont by online with them. Emily Montanaro the sale manager is dishonest. I send the merchandise back and they dont want to refund me!!!
