Sump pump failure which caused water damage in our finished basement. DEP, was absolutely phenomenal in getting the clean up done, as well as getting the repairs done. Our basement looks absolutely amazing.Great group of guys working on the clean up and repairs. We are extremely happy with the results.

Unprofessional and expensive! It is because of people like this that everyones insurance premiums are so expensive! They charged me 750$ to come to my house and board up a window that got smashed when someone broke into my house. They charged me for clean up and they didn't clean anything! Would not recommend these people to do anything! It cost me less to have window replaced than it did to get these clowns to install two pieces of pressboard!

Had our roof redone by this company. They left an absolute mess in the yard. Just had a patch put in my band new tire from a roofing nail they left behind. They did reimburse me for the patch, however my yard is still littered with debris. Miguel did come back and try to remove more of it, but the effort was futile. Heres a tip, invest in an industrial shop vac so you can suck up all your garbage. So you don't have to come back and waste your time trying to rake it up.

We had a house fire and Sam and his team were there right away to help and explain everything that needs to be done. They met deadlines as well. Definitely recommend DEP to everyone I know. The team is amazing and explain everything they are doing. Very hard workers. If you want a job done right this is the place to go to. Thank you Sam and team for everything you did for us.
