Purchased your Gazebo KELOWNA in July 2020 from your Quebec Dealer Club Piscine. KELOWNA Gazebo is a very good product. In April 2022 we had a storm and to no fault of VISSCHER, I need to replace to VINYL windows with frame. I contacted VISSCHER to inquire about purchasing said windows but was informed that I must contact my selling dealer in Quebec. I contacted my dealer numerous times, April by phone, email (pictures sent) follow up phone calls. Kept calling and was told “we are waiting for shipment”. I re-contacted VISSHER and even though they were cordial, there was no solution to getting my VINYL windows. I re-contacted VISSCHER in July to explain my situation (email) but they couldn’t help me. It’s CRAZY. I have a GAZEBO with NO WINDOWS and VISSCHER can’t help me? I am very disappointed with the support form VISSCHER. They should find a way to sell me the VINYL windows but they seem to throw the ball to the Quebec dealer. I have ordered TWO window frame kits from AMAZON and ordered a roll of high quality VINYL. I will make my own.VERY DISAPPOINTED from VISSCHER and Quebec DealerUPDATE August 19th 2022To the owner, I fully understand the problems getting replacement parts, but I ordered them in APRIL, email, and phone, sent pictures. I went back again last week and they don't even have a record of my order. I decided to go to another CLUB PISCINE and was told I must go back to the original selling dealer. I believe for a high quality Gazebo, you as the owner should find a solution. It's easy to blame everything on the pandemic. As the OWNER it would be nice to sign off your reply with your name, at least.Disappointed customer

The following comments I hope are made constructively as overall, Visscher makes a nice product for the money.Instructions 3 Stars - I don’t think the manufacturer intends for the DIY; instructions are short on detail resulting in several reworks. The 10 x 14 pergola is not a 2 man effort to raise the roof. Having one person lift the unit while the other messes around with a leg, trying to figure exactly how it goes, juggle screws and a driver is too much and dangerous. We used 4 guys, much safer.Canopy - 2 stars- just not a good design, could be much better. Difficult to install at least with one person (using their instructions) the canopy is just too heavy once the plates are installed and attempting to lift up onto the rails and trying to install onto the rails. It takes two people to make the job manageable as each plate needs to be carefully lined up before installing into the rail and then fighting with the clasps which are difficult to open and close. Dread the thought of installing and uninstalling for the winter months. A louvered crank system would be much easier.

Got the 11 x 11 Jasper over a year ago and we are very pleased with the eceptional quality of this product. Sturdy and weather proof that has stood up to 2 summers and one winter so far.

** Edit: Just contacted Visscher again. They are sending new handles (with the flaw corrected). So I'll wait and install them and hope they hold better than the original ones I got in 2020/21. Otherwise I'll revisit this review.Good support from Michelle from Visscher, that is appreciated.Beside the handle we love our Barcelona-------Original:There is a design flaw / quality issue with the plastic handle of their windows. They will all break at the same spot, see photos, one by one within 2 years. They are not meant to withstand the exterior climate they will fall appart just by looking at them, it is not miss use. Handle should be made in metal / aluminum or use another type of plastic.These cheap handles ruins it for me. I would gladly pay more to have the option to buy something that can last longer.Please Vissher you can do better.

Just purchased our 11 x 14 Della from Vantage Spas in Walnut Grove, Langley and installed by Spa Pros. Spa Pros were in a word excellent!! An efficient and quality installation. First class all around.

Purchased a 11×14 Colorado. Had it installed by professionals looks alright. However don't look too closely. The wood used has more knots than my daughters hair. I fear cracking will be an issue also we got it to enclose our hot tub. Sad to say the quality I was expecting for the price is not there . However I guess it's nice that they send lots of touch up paint. Most pieces were scratched and dented up; yes it came from the boxes that way as the boxes had no damage.

Purchased our Gazebo in May 2018 and before March the plastic curtain hooks were breaking. I'm surprised they aren't made of a better quality material, such as metal. We have just got the parts in under warranty (5 months later) and the comment we got back was that we should have read the care manual. The thing is that the curtain hooks just do not glide well in the track. I hope Visscher comes up with a better quality curtain hook in the near future!

We purchased the pergola Palmera 10'x14' with an intimacy wall. it look's not so bad but lots of problems while mounting it, parts were missing and not the right screws... We ad to cut some wood part and the instructions were not clear. For the price paid, I wouldn't recommend it.

Order from Club Piscine in May 2022 and was supposed to be received at the end of July but was delivered a month later. Also one part for the roof was too small and it left the roof open for over a month. One of the screens was damaged. They also asked us to pick-up the replacement parts after we already paid $180 for shipping. Many parts came with scratches.There was definitely no quality check done. We strongly suggest not to buy from Visscher.
