Customer Service is great and the staff are very helpful. Just wish they were more strict with their COVID protocols. The employees aren't wearing masks and they are getting much closer than 6 ft away from their customers.

I am beyond mortified. This company's technicians poisoned my dog.Our neighbours hired this company to open their pool this past Friday, the 9th. They failed to open my neighbour's pool and opened mine instead. First strike for trespassing and tinkering with my property when unsolicited. Now you may think this is funny and convenient my pool was opened by mistake for the summer season however you would be incorrect. Due to personal plans, we were not going to open the pool this year since we do not have adequate time to maintain it properly.But below is the reason why I have chosen to leave this horrendous review on this small company's website. I am a manager at a corporate pool store coincidentally and am absolutely appalled by the actions of your current hires.Your technicians not only failed to confirm they were completing a pool opening service at the correct home but also poisoned my dog. The emergency vet has completed bloodwork and a urine sample along with other tests to confirm that marijuana was in fact what poisoned him. My dog seems to have found a tossed bud in the yard and ate it causing him to shake and convulse whilst vomiting everywhere and unable to stand or walk without falling around or spinning in a circle.As he spends the night fighting for his life in an emergency vet tonight, I would expect that this company immediately dismiss the technician(s) of their job for smoking marijuana while driving and working (putting so many other people along their travels at risk for their lives) and I also expect someone to be in touch with me ASAP to right this wrong in absolutely any way possible.Prior to tonight's sorry events taking place, I was simply going to request that they send a tech out to close my pool... As I'm sure you can imagine, I have many more questions now and am not really sure I feel safe putting my family at risk- having your techs return to my home. Not to mention my neighbours who actually hired you in the first place also have a dog and this could just as easily be him instead of my boy.Praying my four-legged family member makes it through the night okay...

BY FAR AND WIDE BEST POOL COMPANY AROUND ! After struggling with a few pool companies (small and big) and constant no shows, Found D&D through a friend and they are awesome. Good communication, great service, fair price. Honest and show up when they say they will. Highly recommend.

Really poor service, lacking customer service skills and swearing to customers. Kyle, you have a lot to learn about running a business. So sad Trevor is no longer working for you, he was a great employee, trully cared for his customers.

Staff were super helpful! I was expecting to be instantly overwhelmed with information but that was not the case at all! Staff member told me what test strip I need then showed me how to use them. It was a pretty quick stop and I left knowing exactly what I needed. If I wasn't moving away I would definitely return with other pool-related needs

had an emergency with my hot tub. freezing temp outside and tub down and out. Though Kyle had many other jobs to do took the moment to help me out, checked the tub.. provided advice. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME... Highly recommend!!!!

Had some problems with our pool, luckily we got a hold of the original owner and he came out. Super helpful. Had his team come out right away to help us get repairs done. Service is definitely 5 stars, but pricey. Then again, owning a pool isn't cheap.
