I have had the most amazing experience dealing with Donna, Glenda and Dr. Wills. They have been so warm, welcoming, generous and accommodating! I feel very lucky to be going through this with such a wonderful team- they have without a doubt, made this process easier and as stress-free as possible!

I am not sure who is the owner there but had very bad experience, Dona told me wrong information get me send referral from dr twice , I spoke to her clear all questions I had send the referral when I spoke to her again she told me all different story , she throw my referral I called again different nurse picked she asked me to send referral again which I did and again Dona picked up phone and told me again different story that you have to get all tests and initial consult again although I cleared with her that I can do my IUI right away to get referral she said yes yes to my all questions and once I am with them she telling different again , and then she said stay where you are and not come here , not sure who is she to make my decision come or not to come , I think there is no dr here or something coz she is making all decisions by her self , any dr please contact me I need to talk to you or owner of this clinic please contact me

Won’t let to see dr Donna do what ever she likes and never get me to speak to dr and do what ever she feels like and get wrong information

Amazing staff and always helpful even after my treatment ended. I ended up having an outstanding balance with them that due job loss I was unable to pay and they ended up wiping the outstanding balance when they found out I had managed to conceive without them over a year after treatment ended so that I wasn’t stressing about it.

So diligent, hardworking, supportive and attentive - made two years a much better experience than it would otherwise have been. Very fortunate to have found and engaged their services. And Donna is in there almost 24-7, Monday to Sunday, helping women and men get their dreams come true.

Pathetic staff all they need is money there is only 1 nurse who never care about you but her money and you will never see dr always receptionist calling you and telling what to do

So far in my experience Donna and Rita have been amazing. They are empathetic and understanding of my situation. I’ve never seen more dedicated ladies before. They are busy and they have a lot to do, make sure you write down what you are told cause they have a packed day everyday. I am very happy with this clinic, with the doctors and with the care I am receiving.
