I would give zero stars if possible. Working with Superior Cabinets turned out to be literally the worst customer service experience of my life. Explaining everything in detail is simply not possible in the character limit. Basic explanation - there were issues with the installation, and after months of arguing with them they forced me to pay extra to supply new cabinets to reinstall. The entire process was handled extremely poorly. They failed to provide the quality product that they promised, and they failed to uphold the values that they advertise. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Stay away.Response to Superior Cabinets - I have been in contact with Andy Thorn regarding my issues for months already. Do not patronize me with your insincere apology for my horrible experience. If he cared about the issues, they would have been resolved properly a long time ago. Your organization has already had ample opportunity to make it right and failed miserably. There is nothing that can be done to salvage the situation.

Superior Cabinets did my cabinets 17 years ago. I’m happy to report that not a single thing is amiss. Their cabinets and handles are still in perfect working condition.

Terrible customer service. Not a single person bothered to ask us if we could use some help until after we went out of our way to try to speak with someone, and even then we were met with attitude. Then when we were simply trying to inquire about a simple kitchen cupboard we were met with more attitude and a general sense of zero effort in trying to even make a sale with us.Very disappointing, considering I had a great experience the first time I hired this company to make a custom pantry for my condo. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this business, and I hope the two women that dealt with us are not your full time front staff because I can’t see the doors being open too long if that’s the kind of experience paying customers are receiving.

This is my third time working with Superior Cabinets. I've built two custom homes with both kitchens designed, supplied and installed by Superior. This third time, I added a custom sideboard to our diningroom and the design, quality and installation resulted in exactly what I had envisioned. It was a great addition to our home and we are enjoying the extra dual space of dining/home office function that it provides. The Sales Manager, Shahan Fancy offers an outstanding level of service to make sure the client is happy and satisfied and the installer did a flawless job!

We went on the hunt for cabinets and design over a year ago during the heat of COVID. Summer was a fantastic designer and proposed some fantastic ideas and came up with a wonderful layout. From pricing, to ordering, to installation the process was as smooth as it could be during COVID.We experienced nearly every issue that COVID created, delays, back orders etc. Summer and Andrew (tech) were very communicative and helpful with resolving all the issues. The installer was also very meticulous and did a great job considering we have an old house with sloping floors and un-even ceilings!We would highly recommend Superior Cabinets (their price was also the best out of 5 other places we checked out). We will be ordering some more cabinets for our back landing area as well from them in the near future.Thank you.

I have always been satisfied with the overall product and very good installers. However, my latest dealings with Superior are nothing short of embarrassing. I put a $1,800 down payment on kitchen cabinets on Feb 21st. I was told they would arrive in two weeks, possibly sooner. It is now April 1st, roughly 30% of my total order is arrived and I am given the run around daily on when the rest will arrive. Tuesday's arrival turns into Wednesday.........which turns into Thursday, but still no cabinets. Over and above that, they had the audacity to ask me to pay the remainder of the balance owed. Absolutely horrible experience. I will give Multiwood a try on my next renovation. Superior has set the bar awfully low, so it shouldn't be hard to exceed current expectations.

We've now completed two kitchen renovations with Superior Cabinets and have had great service each time. Their product has great value and quality. They have a good variety of designs and finishes so that you can truly customize your very own one of a kind design. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction!

No follow through on basic issues... Our contractor uses Superior cabinets and they installed new cabinets in our kitchen and basement this past summer. The final product looks terrific but this company’s follow through to fix a couple basic installation mistakes has been clueless and inconsistent, and nearly 6 months after the installation the problems still aren’t resolved. After the last visit (when they said they’d need to come back a 4th time... in a pandemic...), I just said I’ll fix it. It wasn’t like they had given up but it’s been clear for months that the issues haven’t been top of mind. Sure, the fixes were small and take time away from other jobs — but an inferior finish makes it hard to be true to that Superior name.
