clean studio, nice class, nice space, friendly knowledgeable teacher. Relative to the other yoga studio I checked out in Campbell River, I recommend this one over the others.

I love this space. Jenna’s Ashtanga Yoga classes are awesome, and a lot of fun! Last night I went to Lena’s Yin Yoga class! I was blown away.... Perfect pace, music and atmosphere, and the use of props that she incorporates into her fascial release movements is unique to Campbell river. As a licences Acupuncturist and Paramedic I will be without a doubt sending patients with any Musculoskeletal issues her way.
