My parents just moved into The Gateway just over a month ago and I first want to say that this place is amazing and I have many good things to say about this place so far. As you walk into the front entrance the floors are always shiny and spotless, the food looks very good and is very delicious! You are greeted by friendly and cheerful front desk girls (Chrissy, Bell, and Angelica) who always take your temperature and help you with big smiles! The staff are amazing especially the health care ladies who have helped my parents. They are very caring when helping my parents with bathing and in general, are very kind and compassionate. It makes me feel at ease leaving my parents in their care as I know they sincerely care and do their jobs from the bottom of their heart. Thank you ladies! (I’m sorry I don’t know your names but I can recognize you when I do see you). My parents are very happy and to see my parents happy makes me feel happy. I won’t have to worry about them as I know they will be in good hands at The Gateway.

The Gateway is a great place to live, the staff has been great and very helpful at all times. I give them all a lot of repect.

The most important thing first:Amazing staff. Caring, kind, professional staff who treat your family with utmost respect. Run and very closely monitored by a very kind, diligent manager . I have nothing but the highest respect and utmost gratitude for the staff at this facility.
