Nice rooms, loved the pool and the SPA but too expensive for the experience. 1000$ for one night with supper, breakfast included and one hour and a half at the SPA. The wine was extra. I had better experiences for that amount.

Worst experience EVER. I cancelled my booking yesterday. First of all they were in a hurry to take the full amount 3 days prior to arrival. Now that it's cancelled they mysteriously cannot reimburse our card the amount. Now that we try to reach them to get our money back, no one answers, extension left on voicemail isn't working, not answering emails either. So in a pretty much rush to bill you ahead of time but to give it back..... Dream on! That's called thief. I always travel and never seen a place that you cannot cancel a reservation unless calling (not answering when you call), taking full amount 2-3 days before arrival and now cannot reimburse mysteriously...... I was cancelling for a good reason but seeing all this, no chance I will go to this hotel in any near future. They can't handle the reservation what's the rest going to be like?

We stayed at this location from July 11 to 14. Unfortunately, there was a hydro blackout that lasted over 30 hours during our stay. While the hotel had generators running in the common areas, our room did not have power. Surprisingly, no one from the hotel called to inquire about our situation or offer assistance during the blackout. Upon checkout, I expressed my disappointment and asked if they could provide some form of compensation for the inconvenience. The staff member at the counter seemed surprised and consulted with someone else. Upon returning, she informed us that they would offer a $50 coupon for a future stay. It's worth mentioning that our room cost $400 per day. This experience was very disappointing.

For a hotel of this reputation I expected better service. Staff for the majority are nice . Reception-loby almost always empty and stuff dont explain you everything. .. We have a room on the 3rd floor. No elevator to get there, no indication from the employees neither . The bain tourboullaint is full of people and no place to get in.The resto food and service there is good .We are came here the first and the last time . Driving for almost 3 hours from Montreal not fair.

Stopped in for lunch while snowmobiling thru the area.Very few options on the overpriced lunch menu.No children options at all.Very poorly organized and slow service...We placed our order and within a few minutes, 3 other servers came by to take our order.Then 2 more came by and asked if we were done and ready for the bill.I explained to all 5 that we were waiting for our food.After about 45-50 min of waiting a manager came by and asked what we had ordered and said she would look into it.Our original server came back and took our order again stating it had been lost...Once we finally received our food the order was wrong...When finally corrected the food was barely warm, the meat overcooked, overseasoned and dry.It took over 90 min from placing our original order to receiving our food...We won't be back.

Worst experience ever. I haven't even stepped foot into the hotel that my experience with them so far doesn't even want to make me go anymore. I would never recommend this place. Stay away and save yourselves the trouble.Near impossible to reach anyone at any time. Restaurant never called me back for an issue booking dinner reservations. A staff member said they sent an email, but no return about my situation. Then, they cancelled 1 night out of 2 in my reservation, even after I took the time to explain to them the contraints of my schedule and how it would put my work in jeopardy if I wasn't there the night before. Still cancelled it.I'm going there for a work event and believe you me, it is not willingly that i am going. I will recommend that my association never ever book there again for an event. If it wasn't imperative for me to be there, I would have cancelled. Just save yourselves the trouble and don't ever consider booking there! What a bad first impression before I even set foot there.

A truly gorgeous site. Incredible really. The food was excellent too. What was unsettling are all these people from France in service there. There is a village called Manawan where no one has a job, I didn't see one person from there, or Opitciwan or Wemotaci the Auberge. NO ONE. Just a bunch of people from France. Seeping into their land to grab opportunities and recolonizing the Atikamekw territory in a different manner. Do better please.

We were there for two nights. The location, the outdoor activities, all the staff, the beach, the water, the fatbike paths, all those are great. Dinner was also very good in the main restaurant. The room however was very dated, uncomfortable mattress (old springs!), noisy fridge, noisy wall unit AC, very basic amenities, lots of noise from other rooms. Did not sleep for 2 nights. Would not recommend just for that unfortunately, not worth the price we paid.

Brought here as a guest on a business trip via snowmobiles. What an experience and great to settle into this cozy hotel with a lively bistro, plenty of entertainment, and a well rounded buffet. Their cheesecake with the Oreo/chocolate base was literally the most delicious dessert I had ever had in my life.
