I Love Sushi
Good sushi, great prices, relaxing atmosphere. My go-to sushi place in Edmonton for sure! They have gluten-free soy sauce available if you ask.

This might be my new favourite sushi spot! I love the location and the urban feel when you look out the window. The sushi itself is very tasty, fresh, flavourful and well priced! The food comes out quick and the service is friendly. Give these guys a try!

I have seen this cute little sushi nook establishment for years while walking on Jasper but have never thought to stop by until a friend recommended it.From the outside I love Sushi looks like it should be bigger but once you walk in, it's actually just a cute little ~30 person establishment with what looks like a small kitchen and bar. There are some big windows so you can people watch while you enjoy your sushi fix. Staff was friendly and attentive as well. Since it's a small place, I did note there was no AC so it made the venue a little hot and stuffy. The restaurant did have a door propped open to try and help the heat but it was still quite warm.We each ordered a bento, a vegetarian bento and a tempura bento. Both were good and satisfied our sushi craving but I don't know if I think it was anything spectacular about it that would pull us back. I did find the prices of I love sushi to be more acceptable than some other places. I love sushi was definitely more affordable than somewhere such as Mikado.If you love sushi but find it hard to afford, then I would recommend I Love Sushi. The quality isn't as good as some other places but it's affordable and still good.

I Love Sushi
It was my first time here and it was absolutely fantastic (Honestly the best Japanese restaurant in Edmonton by far).I ordered beef sushi bento, salmon donburi and salmon dreams maki. Every dishes were delicious, flavorful and affordable!! The server is very polite and nice. Also, the washroom is clean and well maintained, which is definitely be a plus. I will undoubtedly be coming back to try more things:)!

Nice cozy place in downtown. Good for small gathering. We tried rainbow roll n tempura rice bowl. Both of them were delicious. Quick service since it wasn’t very busy. Would Love to try some of other food over there.

Small a beautiful cozy spot. Fast and warm service. Crazy good value for the Bento boxe (a sashimi box with maki, tempura, soup, salad and rice for under $16!?) and the Tempura is actually memorably unique (if you eat it usually, try it). Good Takoyaki too.Nice food, fast service, nice place, good value.

TL;DR: Cost wasn't worth the small portions and tasteless agedashi tofu. // I would *not* order from I Love Sushi again. My family and I took a chance and ordered delivery from this restaurant for the first time. Aside from the rolls, the portion size of our $60 was shockingly small for the vegetable tempura, seaweed salad, and agedashi tofu. The veggie tempura was squash and sweet potato only -- no broccoli, zucchini or other veggies; the agedashi tofu had no taste. The saving grace was that the rolls and salad were extremely tasty.

Great customer service, food was delivered to our table fast and it was the best sushi I have ever had!!! I went there for a date with my boyfriend and we had a great time :) will definitely be going again.

I have finally found my sushi place!! Japanese run, very excellent quality, good portions and decent (not cheap but not crazy) prices. Great cozy atmosphere, excellent but non-intrusive service. Japanese run.I reccomend the salmon sashimi, the avocado shrimp tempura roll, the spicy tuna maki, the seaweed salad and the miso soup! Rolls were not too ricey!!!

Wow! I'm definatly stuffed. For $35.91 got spicy tuna + spicy salmon + mango avocado cucumber + 3 piece nigiri + soda.For starters never have I had such spicy sushi before and I absolutely loved it. The mango put a nice touch after eating something spicy. The salmon nigiri was cut thick and filled my whole mouth with each piece. Everything is really overflavorful not what I'm used to finding in North American sushi restaurants. Amazing food, hats off to the taisho.
