Très satisfaite, le service à la clientèle est vraiment professionnel. J'ai reçu réponse à toutes mes questions et j'ai pu commander par la suite. Rien à redire!

They present well but the owner did a good job of wasting my time and not taking ownership of a website malfunction.They sent me a promo code for a discount but it did not work and when I sent them an email regarding the issue the response was - no problem just send us the promo code.Then they proceeded to tell me that the promo code had expired and they couldnt honour it. Of course it expired, I tried to use it the day it was valid.Anyways, an unecessary run around and after giving them good business and recieving poor customer support in return - thats the end of the relationship.I do not recommend this business.

I wish I would have took a look at the reviews before I ordered anything. I threw a few bucks down the drain for some lipo batteries, I suggest to go somewhere else for theses as you might get better products!

I needed after sale service for my Klarus XT1A. Flashlightworld responded promptly and put me in touch with Tactical Innovations in Calgary for warranty service. They are also a very professional organisation. Happy customer. I would recommend the product and the company to anyone.
