Nigel and Parts Panel team did a great job taking care of my daughter's door . A few hiccups ( no fault of their own ) but bent over backwards to make everything right . Great pricing , would definitely use them again .

Great experience using Parts Panel East, originally meeting Nigel at this location the first time and later organizing mid trip drop offs along Nigels busy trip back and forth between the GTA and London location. Nigel was helpful with sourcing and figuring out which parts I needed to rebuild my salvaged Sierra 2500HD, saved me heaps and even more convenient was able to find some parts factory painted the right colour already. Thanks again to Nigel and the rest of the crew at Parts Panel for helping me get this truck done.

I called there to buy a radio for my vehicle and Nas was very interested in exactly what features i really wanted. Once he listened to me herecommended, not the most expensive radio, but the middle one. That was about half the price of the most expensive (BTW he had both in stock) He felt that the extra money would not be well spent if I really didn't need factory Nav. (With car play i don''t need it) . That type of integrety is not common any more Thanks Nas.
