It's a great storage facility. It's clean and bright. Nicole is absolutely lovely to work with. The lot is always cleared of snow which was great as I drove a rear wheel drive vehicle and sometimes getting up little hills could be a challenge. It's a good place to store your belongings!

Bluebird Self Storage
This has been the best experience I have had with a storage company. The unit was very clean, the doors, lights, locking mechanism in excellent shape. In the winter snow is cleared quickly and thoroughly allowing immediate access to your drive-up unit. The office staff are excellent and very friendly. No problems so far, very happy and with a very competitive price for the size, quality, and security of the unit and facility.

Great customer service from Nicole. I was able to benefit a promo for reduced rent in the first rental month of my storage unit. Nicole made it all so easy to set up an account. Reception area is neat and tidy with a variety of moving boxes and supplies. The facility itself feels clean and well-maintained. I like that there is an overhead light inside my storage unit. Overall a great customer experience. I recommend Bluebird Storage.

Two price increases since they bought the place less than two years ago. One almost immediately and one 366 days after the previous one. Don't let the giant sign fool you. Service also got worse compared to the previous owners. Stuff like snow clearing and garbage flying all over the place.

Storage unit was the ideal size that I needed, and the site is easy to access. Best of all, Nicole saved the last available unit of that size for me after I had reserved it as they were in high demand. The paperwork to rent it was a breeze to get through and this was honestly the best customer service experience I've had in a long time, Nicole is stellar at what she does.

Gotta give Nicole over at Bluebird Storage in Sherwood Park the biggest shout out. She has been nothing but amazing to deal with. If I could rate 11/10 I would.Nice tidy unit's with the option to rent a uhaul right there is perfect for anyone looking for short or long term storage!Will use them again if needed in the future.

I arrived at this location at 5:20 PM today and was told by the employee that she can't rent a storage unit to me because today because she had to go pick up her kids.

Excellent storage facility. Secure, clean and well run. Snow was plowed early and everything always worked. Left because of rate increases and the perks/deals are only offered to new customers, not existing customers. Owner did reach out when I gave my notice to make try and make amends but I had already secured alternative storage. May check back to see if anything has changed in the future as the facility is first class.
