D & S Plumbing

I have no opinion on this company's work, but who ever drives their black pickup truck needs to slow the eff down, driving 30 to 40 over the speed limit, running red lights on Hyde Park, tailgating, waving in and out of traffic all with the company logo and information on the truck. Not smart. To who ever was driving, smarten up before you kill someone!

After having new flooring installed, I hired D&S Plumbing in June, 2020 to install a toilet and dishwasher. I didn’t notice until after the men left that the dishwasher was installed very crooked to the counter top. Before they left, I asked them about putting the water line on the back of the fridge. It had been installed 2 years ago. They did not pull the fridge out to get in behind it and seemed to have a problem from the get go. I told them to STOP twice as I said my friend who unhooked it will be able to do it. They refused to listen to me and I ended up being charged for this.Then, as they said they were done and were leaving, I noticed the silver plate that sits at the floor beside the toilet was upside down, rusty, jagged and extremely sharp. I pointed this out to one of them and said that is a safety hazard and he agreed. Took all of 5 minutes to replace.Very unprofessional and D&S Plumbing would not consider reducing my bill.I will never use nor recommend them. Try Hyde Park Plumbing!

I had a toilet that needed to have the water shut-off valve replaced, the wax gasket replaced, and the water hose (from the shut-off valve to the toilet) replaced.D&S sent two plumbers the next day and they arrived at 9:00AM, and had everything fixed and installed in less than 45 minutes. The guys were friendly and professional. The whole mess cost about $115. I'd definitely recommend these guys.

I can’t not speak for the actual service this company provides however I am extremely disappointed, and extremely concerned after just being tailgated at 90km & eventually swerved around by a truck that was swerving over the line into oncoming traffic as well as the gravel shoulder before eventually coming up to a red light that the then decided to still turn left on. A truck with huge advertising written all over it for this company. As a local business maybe care about your community and the roads you use!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this one is strikingly the WORST plumbing business I have ever dealt with, so I felt morally obligated to write a review. I wish I saw the other negative reviews before dealing with D&S plumbing. I had a bad experience. They are not professional. Receptionist is RUDE. Dennis made all the promises that the material were free of charge under warranty, and made it clear they will bill me the labour only, so I agreed to the service based on that. Then they billed me the whole amount of material + labour time was double the actual time. I totally regret bringing them to my property, although the technician seemed good guy. I tried two other plumbing companies in London, which were a lot more professional, honest, did the job well, and cheaper!I will never use D&S plumbing again, and will never recommend it to anyone.

Very friendly and prompt service! I needed to find a replacement part for my toilet and they provided it for me the same day! I would go here for all my future plumbing needs.

I cant thank Dennis Berrisford enough for the time and effort he put into helping me when I needed it the most. I would reccomend Dennis and his team to be there when needed 110%.Would also like to say thank you to both technicians that came out on the weekend to fix my problem. Austin Travaux and John Harris you guys did amazing work and were very polite while doing so.Thank yous again!

Jordan came tonight to fix the toilet in our bathroom. Loved how he texted to say he was 10mins away so there was no mystery when he was coming. He fixed the problem super fast and did so in a friendly manner. Thanks for saving the day Jordan!
