I highly recommend Gregg and their team! I had a fantastic experience with Gregg's home inspection. Gregg was friendly, punctual, professional, and performed a thorough home inspection. I would definitely recommend choosing the infrared inspection option - it has extreme value in confirming/denying aspects about the house that otherwise would go overlooked/remain ambiguous with the bare eye. I appreciated Gregg's ability to explain everything in a clear way, and I left the inspection feeling confident and calmed; beforehand, I certainly had anxiety about various aspects of the house! Gregg also returned the home inspection report within a very quick timeframe. Thanks again!

Gregg was amazing!! Really appreciated his input on the house we were considering putting an offer on. We didn't want to put an offer with any conditions, so he was able to come in advance of the offer date for a 1 hour mini inspection. He even came early to our appointment time and worked on the external house inspection before we got there. His professional input on the necessary repairs required on the house helped to make us more comfortable putting in a competitive offer, which ultimately allowed us to put in an offer that got us the house! My sister also has used Gregg's inspection services in the past and had a similarly positive experience. I would definitely recommend him to others as well.

Gregg did the home inspection for us a few weeks ago. He's nice and professional. He took pictures at every detailed spot and put them in the final report. The report covered everything he mentioned during the inspection which helps us to review in future. The whole process took around 2 hours, and he answered all questions we had with patient. Moreover, he gave us a lot of advices and explainations in terms of maintenance and how thing works. Overall, I'll recommend him to everyone.
