North Water is a Canadian sparking water, or I should say a local sparkling water from Calgary, Alberta.I love sparking water and make it a bit of a mission to try local sparkling and mineral waters wherever I go.This one tastes delicious; it’s scrisp, with a bit of a chalky taste, not too acidic, the bubbles are on the bigger side. It comes in a bottle and a can. I had the one in the can at the Analog coffee shop in Calgary.
