Richard went above and beyond for our cross country relocation to Vancouver Island from Ontario. I met Richard several years ago and we had stayed in contact, so when it came time to sell my home I contacted Richard. We got together to review information and he gave me an idea of where my property should sell. After reviewing the information, he suggested a listing price which I thought was aggressive, but he also thought it should sell over list. We agreed to the listing price, and Richard had professional pictures and video prepared of the home. The day after the listing went live, there was a showing and offer. The property sold over list at the value that Richard predicted. He was very professional and displayed current and as it turned out accurate information of the current market.
