This is our third clean with Concept and they are amazing!I booked with Concept Cleaning after another local company didn't come through for us. Our schedule has been all over the place for the last few months and they easily accommodated our changes. They are incredibly responsive to questions and changes and value their customers experiences. The small touches that they add make as big an impact as the overall cleaning does. We are thrilled to have the help to maintain our busy home and we really look forward to our biweekly cleans.

Amanda and the team at Concept are the most meticulous cleaning crew I've ever had the privilege of having onsite and I can't praise them enough. Concept Cleaning comes monthly to my house for general cleaning of floors, bathrooms, kitchen etc. They do an excellent job and sometimes do little extras that we appreciate such as finding an improved method to fold our towels. They are professional and very responsive over email.
