I booked a truck one month in advance in Richmond Hill. One day before move I was contacted by uhaul that the truck is not available at my location, and I need to drive to Coldwater to pick it up.Came at 11 pm to pick a truck via 24/7 uhaul app only to find out that this place does not have 24/7 pickup service. I was explicitly told by uhaul representative that the place has 24/7 pickup, and that 11 pm pickup is ok and the truck is waiting for me earlier that day.End up making emergency arrangements to rent truck from Bristol, which worked very smoothly. When talking over the phone with uhaul representative, I have learned that uhaul provides no guarantees on the truck being available at the time you book it - the trucks are assigned to customers only 24 hours prior to scheduled move day no mattter how in advance you book, and if there is no truck at that time, then you are out of luck.Uhaul should be avoided at all costs if you actually need the truck reserved.

I parked my rv there for about 7 months. It is very unprofessional the way they do business. No receipts, not paperwork, no contracts , no agreements. I was assured there will be cameras and a secure gate. The secure gate is almost always open ,(when I went there). In winter, there is no maintenance and no plowing and we had to wait an hour for someone to get us access to our unit.Although Willa seems very sweet and nice, make sure you get a proof of her promises because she is not true to her word. She will promise you one thing and within a week, she will change her mind.We had rat problem there as well.

This is the best U-Haul to deal with! I drive from Midland, just do business with them. This U-Haul is way better then any other U-Haul I have ever dealt with.

I didn't catch the ladies name that was working but she was awesome and did a great job! Rented a nice big enclosed trailer worked great!
