October 12th - Was sold a Paneer Potato Bites 7.5 months past it’s expiry date. Thought it was Parmesan cheese.. nope. Check the merchandise before purchasing. Last time coming here..Appalled!

This store is racist. I, a Caucasian woman, waited at the prepared food section until someone came to serve me bc it was empty. A lady came and huffed at me when I wasn't sure which curry to order ~ I took no more than five seconds to decide. And then she passed on my order and someone else's order to another girl who would prepare them. The second girl prepared my order and put in on the counter. And then she proceeded to ask the Sikh man next to me about his order. I asked her if we pay here or at the register lane. She said here and told me to wait. I watched her cash out the Sikh man who came after me and then she started to talk to the another person before me. The first lady that had taken my order gestured at me bc I was still waiting. So, all in all, she assumed only an Indian person would order Indian curries. She asked everyone but me if the order was theirs until the very end. This is Canada ~ a multicultural country where you can find people of all races. Just because it's an Indian store doesn't mean only Indians go here.

I called to ask if they have crax and the girl has so much attitude while replying in yes or no.... I don't know what kind of attitude these new comers are having. It's a request to the owner to teach their staff some manners.

Always enjoy my experience here. The food is so fresh and abundant. The store is very clean and the prices are so competitive. So close to home which is a bonus. Highly recommend!

I was absolutely disgusted to find a piece of meat in my shahi paneer today.I have been a regular customer at Indian Frootland. On Jan 25, 2022 evening I ordered a veg thali from here and took it home. While eating, I noticed a piece of meat in my food. Everyone in my family is 100% vegetarian and this experience was absolutely awful. I will never ever go back to this place again.I understand that mistakes happen, but this is completely unacceptable. I am 100% sure they must have served the same curry (meat wala shahi paneer) to many other customers today (1/25/22) from the same container.I am never going back herePictures attached

This store is not too big but they have everything it’s always tidy and they also have sweet and veg and non-veg cooked food. Food counter I guess it’s was almost closing time so the ladies were putting everything away in the cooler so I am guessing they don’t really waste anything, which means not everything is made daily. While she was putting food trays away an item from the try fell on the counter glass counter (counter did not look clean) she just put it back on the tray. I was like what are you doing but she didn’t understand me. Not going back for cooked food.

I went one time to do asain grocery and tried vegi food thali as an experiment and that was probably 2 years ago and since then I prefer their thali when it comes to asain food. Food is good. I love the quality. Staff is fast and sweet. Samosa is real good. Good job. Keep it up.

The food taste was very disgusting. They are serving Stale food and the quality of Naan was very bad. I never ever ate this type of tasteless food ever. I have wasted my complete money.
