I was very impressed with the amount of care that was put into protecting my items in shipping. My order did not take too long to arrive and everything was in great condition. There was a mistake with my order but I sent an email to customer service and she was so sweet. They responded to me very quickly and let me keep the wrong item and shipped the correct item to me within 2-3 days! I will definitely be purchasing more of BCC's products in the future. Highly recommend. This was my best online purchase experience.

Wonderful coffee and service! There was a minor misstep in communicating a delay in processing but aside from that, a perfect experience from ordering to cup. The Ethiopian Yirga Chefe is phenomenal!

Fantastic service. Second time I placed an order as a gift and there is so obvious care that goes into what they do. I ordered Dec 21st at night and their website said estimated delivery would be dec 28th. I left a message asking if they could expedite shipping as it was a Christmas gift by the next morning my package was already in transit. Weather has been very bad and yet here I am with my package—arrived in less than 2 days and packaged securely. I didn’t need to pay shipping as well. Great experience!

Very poor customer service. It seems apparent that they do not want to sell to home roasters. The last time I ordered green beans I received a FAQ sheet that stated: We do not recommend or endorse home coffee roasting"

I have to say I am very impressed with the company. I initially read a few bad reviews but I took a chance anyway. I received my order within 2 days. They sent me the wrong tea but I contacted customer service and they sent the correct tea within 2 days again! Super impressed! I got the Torani Vanilla Bean syrup and dark chocolate sauce. Amazing products! Also got some Bigelow black teas...they're fragrant but very light. Not quite strong enough for us but the neighbors loved them. Just personal preference. Overall great experience. Will be ordering again from here!

Was looking for certain coffee sauces, heard great things about this company.I was happy to pay the $8.00 shipping to find out a couple days later that the shipping would be an extra $11.29 on top of the $8.00.Would have appreciated knowing the shipping cost at the time of purchase not days later.Ended up cancelling order because the shipping ends up being more then my whole order.
