I went there through agency .. the hired people did discrimination . They were standing over there and they treat the people from agency very rudely .. specially the line leaders are so rude they don’t have etiquette’s actually the working environment is not good people who are line leaders need to teach some kindness so that they divide the work equally not on one person .. The language used by line leaders is not professional at all ..

Today I was checking the reviews. I also wanted to add my comment. Actually, I worked there from agency. On my very first day,my agency told me at last moment that I am going on shift and I didn’t able to prepare any food. So Inderjit brings the food for me from nearby restaurant. She is such a kind soul.

Before going into work I read a few reviews about this workplace not being the best, as it was hostile and the management was not great. I still went into work ignonring the comments, but that was a mistake! The commnets were perfectly accurate about this place of work, and I should have listened.To start of there is no management what so ever after you have passed the hiring process. Consdering it was my first day at the facility and job, there was no formal introduction of the facility. I was not told where to find the hair nets, gloves, or robes to start off the job. I had to ask several times to get an answer from one individual. I was not informed about how I am supposed to sign in or log out, or where I can find the washroom. After being given a quick health and safety training the trainer said you will be starting your shift and left. I had to go up to her at the office and ask what time that would be to be exact. She said 3:30, and by this time no one comes to get. At about 3:50 I went to the office again and the lady that trainned me was not there anymore, and then another one came in, claiming she's the manager. When I told her I am new and starting my shift today, she asked me to get a hairnet without clearly indicating where I can find it. After getting the hairnet, I went back into the office, and the lady was gone, and another sent me straight into the wearhouse, without giving me the rest of the equipment. Once I went inside, and located the lady that claimmed to be the evening supervisor, she was calling me in her direction and pointed me to go join a line, where another group of people were waving.When I get to this spot, I am immediaitley placed to work, eventhough I cleary was not equiped with all the essentionals gloves and robes). The team lead Amanjot, was extremly aggressive and rude. There was a quick, and brief, demonstration given, and when I started wokring, within five minutes into the line starting she came up to me and said please hurry up, you are slowing down the line already. She was also extremely hostile with the other employees. Extremely bosy, and had no reagards for individuals working, she just wanted to get the job done, because she needed to meet a certain target. She spent the entire day bossing everyone around, and at the end of the shift, while the entire team was cleaning up, instread of helping the team clean up, like other team leaders do in every other place I have worked, she stood in the middle and bossed everyone around, not even bending over to touch or move a single thing to help, instead insisted that everyone hurry up and finish the job.It is evident that this place wants you to work like robots, and if you do not do so the team lead will be extremly bossy and rude.They definitly will squeeze out every penny they are paying you, wihtout any courtsey and decency in return.

I am working here from 1 year. I really want to admire one person whom inspired me more than anyone and that Inderjit Banga. She is the best person I have ever met. She is serving as a line leader, supervisor and fixing all the machines. She is multi-tasking woman who is handling everything in well manner. Even though I won’t have words to express my respect towards her.

Hi, this is Manpreet. I worked about three weeks at WG Pro-Manufacturing. Overall it was good experience. I worked with many line leaders but one person I admired is Gurwinder Janday. I worked with him about 4-5 days. I found he is very honest to work, create friendly and comfortable environment. Nobody feel discomfort to work with him. I really wish he will get good and deserving position there. So that, he can earn benefits and prosperity for his company and also people feel happy to work with that kind of person. As he was the only i found a person who treats the employees in respective or kind manners. I am giving five stars here because of him.

I worked so hard for this company back in 2017 before they moved from Caledon. I loved and lived for this company as it was my first job ever. I tried really hard to get back into the new location after moving back to Brampton however they never gave me the chance to prove myself even after training for my new forklift license. Oh well.. Adding to my insecurity I continue to struggle finding work living in the city and have given up and rendered useless.

I am working at this company no doubt they have very good environment. It’s been like almost one year since I am working here, but one thing I wanna complain about is that, guys at least have sufficient people on your lines, we are living beings don’t expect that every one have same energy level, you put only one person there where you used to put two or more people, even you are not thinking of elders. Everyday nowadays you are making it hard for us to work. You want more production there are other ways as well.

Hi,I worked here a year ago, it was a good experience and i also recommend one of my friend as well. She left with the same reason which i faced and that is the HR Anu kapoor.She literally do not know how to treat employees.She has zero quality of being a HR.She humiliate employees just for 15 min or half an hour pay.Will never recommend anyone till the time the HR is not replaced.Thanks

I was working in Wg from last 2 years. I started as a line worker. I was working under Inderjit Banga. She saw the potential in me and promoted me as a Line leader.I was also trained by Inderjit. She taught me everything so well. Now, I am capable to perform any new line. I always thankful to Inderjit whatever she did for me. She is most kindhearted person, I have ever met

I went to this location today for delivery and they were so quick in offloading. Specially RANVEER (supervisor) in afternoon shift is so nice and helpful guy. He offloaded trailer so quick. Thanks
