I've been seeing Adriana for ACL tear rehab and shoulder tension and she's been super helpful in alleviating my pain and promoting rehab with stretches, exercises, acupuncture and active release. Adriana listens to all of my concerns and very meticulously assesses to make sure everything is done properly. I've also referred many patients to Adriana and they're also super happy with their progress! Can't recommend her enough ☺️

Mira Physiotherapy is a life saver! Staff is super friendly, and Mira is fantastic. She has helped me for a few issues over the past couple of years. I have my range of motion back and am able to resume my regular weight lifting and workouts. She has also helped my mom with her hip issues, and one of my sons with a lower back issue. Mira is caring and listens to my needs, as well as taking my concerns into account. Recovery time was much quicker than expected and that we have had with other physiotherapists. My family is truly impressed and extremely thankful! Very highly recommended!

I started going to PhysioMira since fall of 2022 and I have been a patient of Adriana since then. The clinic itself is immaculately clean and beautifully aesthetic. Their equipments are brand new and high tech. I’m very glad that I have Adriana as a physiotherapist because she’s the only therapist that was able to pinpoint what’s really causing me all the pains. She’s very knowledgeable and has an amazing personality. I love working with her! Front desk people are also very accommodating and helpful. Also, they have a website that you can create an account and all your documents, receipts and appointments are in there. Very convenient. I would highly recommend physiomira to anyone! :)
