Liars. I found the store and the customer service pretty decent, however, I just came across a marketing lie. I bough a pair of boots on Dec 30 at 225.98 CAD (including taxes), today Jan 24, 2020 I got a promotion email. I went to see the sales, and just for curiosity I went to see the same pair of boots I bought, It says on their web site that the price before was 258 CAD and now with 22% off you can get it at 199.98 CAD plus taxes *guess what* it comes to 225 CAD. This is a complete lie there is not such thing as SALE! you are increasing your prices and then saying that is on SALE when it is not! Shame on you. This company has lost all my trust.

Just did a return and the young lady didn't bother to greet me, but she wanted to 'double check' my credit card that was IN MY HAND to make sure that it was the same one used for purchase. How would the refund go through if it wasnt and why do you need to inspect my card?

First I would like to say I find the service at this store to be excellent. That being said in the 7 or 8 times I have been in the store I have walked out empty handed because they have not once had the 9.5 size that I require.Each visit I have been told my size is not in stock but I can pay for them at the store and then Browns will ship them to my house. This does not work for me for a couple reasons. The first is I am not going to purchase a shoe without trying it on.The second issue is that I often need the shoe the same day. Shipping to my house defeats the purpose.Not sure if it is a lack of stock? Popularity of my shoe size? I just end up walking out feeling very frustrated.

I just shopped here for the first time last Wednesday, April 5th. I was served by the lovely Soson, who was very pleasant and helpful. The pair of shoes I liked were not available in my size in the colour I wanted, so Soson said she could order them and have them delivered to my home. So I chose to do this instead of going to another location. Imagine my surprise when the shoes arrived the following morning before 10:30 am!! That's quite fast and I was very impressed, both with the speed of the delivery and the service I received in store. Thank you Brown's and thank you Soson. I will definitely return to shop here again :)

Fantastic!! Web was our sales rep and I must say that he is the best I have had in a very long time. I am 65 with wide feet and my daughter is pregnant needing a comfortable pair of slides. He found them for us and was very patient and professional. I highly recommend him when you want the best service. Thank you Web ;)

I am a repeat customer at Browns and usually buy my shoes here. I have never had any issues until today. My husband and I bought 2 pairs of Uggs from Don Mills centre this morning (November 27th). The sign said Uggs (upto) 25% off". As a middle aged shopper I am well aware of that sales trick

I have been shopping at Browns for over 20 years! I have followed Karyna, the manager, to the Shops on Don Mills location for her honesty coupled with the Browns quality. Each time I have needed shoes or boots for any occasion, Karyna helps me out. Thank you Karyna!!

I just purchased a pair of shoes from this location today and after I got home I realized that one shoe looked different (the colour was visibly different). I checked the bottom of the shoe and it’s been worn before. I checked the online in store availability in the same size and it’s sold out from all the locations around me. I’m actually so appalled that I was sold used shoes at full price. I have a photo of the receipt and shoes attached. I tried calling customer service and the number is down. I’m also travelling outside Canada tomorrow. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted at the audacity. I guess if you insist on going to this location do what I should’ve done and thoroughly check your purchase.
