I was a new client they got me in extremely fast period very great staff and extremely clean building

Started off alright and then turned questionable. I have a hard time understanding how dentist vary cost to each clinic for the same procedures.. I took my daughter in to get a spacer as her tooth had to be pulled as the dentist went to far up in a filling and touched nerve and killed her tooth and gave her an infection . Accidents happen I get that . He then covered the pulling to make it right. After we got the spacer it fell out after a week... there is another charge to put it back in.... I get dentists are expensive but really ... I took her to our family dentist instead as I didn't want to waste anymore money on this tooth. He charged me $90 for a brand new spacer and install, where as kimberley dental charged me $300 for the same process.... was this to make up for the so called covering" of the tooth they pulled!! How about a refund and I'll give you your spacer back?"

The dentist I used in my opinion was unable to administer freezing correctly. It took multiple times to freeze my tooth (3 to be exact) for a simple replacement of a filling that only lasted a few months. The non freezing was blamed entirely on me for being too sensitive. This has never happened before with previous dentists that are now retired and not an option for me.I am now on day 6 and swelling and discomfort. I have experienced on and off numbness as well and have a droopy face on that side. Today my cheek is numb and swollen (day 6). Also there was decay under the first filling. Why? Was it not cleaned out correctly? Or was the filling leaking so decay occurred underneath?

Absolute worst dental experience I’ve ever had. Expensive, impersonal, and terrible work. If you want to get an infection in your teeth you didn’t have before they worked on them, go for it. They might help fix the infection for another $3100. Or offer to pull the tooth they just charged you $800 to fix for a mere $400.Stay away

I haven’t ever done a review for a place on google. After the top quality treatment my whole family has received from multiple dentists at this place I have to. The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING! The dental assistants are super caring and the dentists ( I use to fear them when I was younger) are TOP NOTCH! I’ll be smiling a lot more now thanks to this great team!!
