The Kraken Grow Shop

I bought something at the Kracken Grow Shop online and for various reasons the products could not be shipped to me in Calgary. The owner immediately contacted me to let me know the issue and spent the time to find a solution that worked for me, and I don't think they ended up making money off me. But there is something to be said about excellent customer service, when you know you will be treated with kindness, respect, and lots of grace, then you know its a place you will go back to again and again. I see this company going places.

Jessee was extremely helpful and very professional. My husband and I are business owners and needed clothing apparel. We got mugs, hats, toques, t-shirts, sweaters and jackets!! Very please with everything we ordered. Jessee answered all of my questions right away and went above and beyond to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted!! Even messaged me to update me on what was happening!! I highly recommend anybody that needs clothing or even growing products to go through Jessee. Very fair prices for such high quality, shipping was relatively fast, we received our items within 1-2 weeks. I definatley give this company 5 stars and will be ordering a lot more clothing apparel in the near future.
