After many years of dealing with a company who kept increasing the premium even though I had no claims I decided enough was enough and checked out other companies online. I finally decided I wanted to speak to some-one in person and walked into the Westland Insurance office in the Southpoint shopping centre in South Surrey. Luckily for me Monica was available that day and after sitting down with her and going over the details she offered me a policy with better coverage than the one I had at a much better rate. If anyone needs the personal touch" I would highly recommend you give Monica a visit

Monika Bock was amazing!! My wife was pulled over by the police (our fault no insurance) on the side of the road with no insurance. Monika was so kind and sweet. She said “don’t worry, I will help you”. That made me feel a lot better that this could get rectified immediately, and it did!! She got the insurance done and now my wife is headed to work. Truly an amazing and kind person that Monika.
