Your average DQ but they are open until late, so if you really need those burgers and milkshakes in you then this is the place to go.

They don’t honour online coupons, don’t allow you to use the phone app, and have pricier products / blizzards than other locations.. if a customer came in with a coupon, the smart thing to do would be to honour it / make the sale, rather than have them go to the north burnaby location a 5 min drive away (which does accept coupons!)

one star because staff friendly and they open late but food order being correct not so much. burger was COLD cheese not even melted or warm, patty tasted rubbery like they pre-made and had been sitting there, bun was cold, asked no onions no tomato but you can see in photo they didn't follow instructions, onion rings was small and container not full, the dirty worm blizzard upon pick up was pre-made and melting no spoon had to bring home to eat instead of in the car so it melted even more, counted four mini gummies only as you can see hard to even see

Here’s an idea. Pay your staff extra so they give a f about working there. I used to go to the Dairy Queen in west van, owned by my friends dad. Super nice service. I know it’s junk food, but Dairy Queen is supposed to have a legacy of fun for the family. Make your staff know and understand that. Pay them more.

Have been to this DQ a few times, and have gotten some pretty good treats, but not today! Tried to order two items from the mix and match menu, any 2 for $5, but the cashier refused to give us the deal! She said the deal has changed. Then I read the Google reviews and found out others have had a similar experience, but over three weeks ago! I think it's unfair to not offer the deal that is clearly posted on your sign. Seems like false advertising to me. Get your act together and either change the sign, or honor what it says!

I eat here often. I get the #2 meal which I enjoy. It almost always meets my expectations. They often bring me my food to my seat, which I appreciate. Sometimes there are issues with the bathroom, but that is due to the ... itinerants.

Had to ask for everything (forks for poutine, napkins for sundeas) - shouldn't it just be assumed that if we're dining in, we're going to need forks? Also, what's with no key to the bathroom? Shouldn't a restaurant have access to a bathroom for paying customers?

I purchased a birthday cake for my daughter 2 days in advance and sent an image for them to add to the cake at an additional cost $14.99. I did not catch the defective image on the cake ( image attached ) when I picked up the cake. For the total cost of $67.98, I did not expect any issues with the cake. I informed them of the concern, but they never responded. I just want everyone to double check their cakes for defects because they don't care how your cake turns out.....*make sure you tell them exactly what you want on a cake ie.icing color or else your cake will be very white with sprinkles

They were willing to make me a custom log cake on the day of my son's birthday. However, when I got there after the time, they suggested it would be ready, It was still not quite ready. However I understood since they were doing me a favor and normally require 2 days' notice. Since I could not wait much longer, they offered me an alternative Larger cake in the same flavor that I wanted and for the same cost of the log cake. They were very accommodating.
