My cousin referred me to this dental clinic and now I understand why! They take really good care of you. I was really in need of a good cleaning. Dr Lara also extracted my wisdom teeth, I was nervous at first but it went by smoothly! Thanks to Dr Lara, Dr Phan, Mahroo, Marie-Chantal for the amazing service. I highly recommend!!!

Incredible staff, very knowledgeable. Extremely kind and caring about their patients as well as care about there wellness and wellbeing.. They provided extraordinary examination during my teeth cleaning. Following a full explanation of the solutions to remedy all the dental issues. First time I've ever been explained correctly how to brush my teeth.. best dental clinic I've ever been too in my I'm entire life. Highly recommend

Incredibly DISSAPOINTED with this dental clinic.I had been to this clinic twice. Once for a dental cleaning / teeth whitening and the other for a removal of all 4 wisdom teeth.Both times Dr. Phan and his crew had done great work. I could not have been happier. Dr. Phan then recommended I come back for a consultation to discuss getting treatment for Invisalign now that my wisdom teeth had been removed. I was happy to hear him out.On the day of the consultation I was placed in a small office room with Rico (person in charge of financing) to discuss the treatment, the cost and possible payment options.I was made to watch YouTube videos and discuss for about 2 hours while Rico kept referring to plaque as worms" and constantly flipping through an open tab of a google image search of maggots while he searched for the next video.Dr. Phan would then periodically enter the room to see how things were going and asked if I wanted to begin the treatment right away. Without even knowing how much the procedure would cost yet.I said I would need to go home and think about my options before agreeing to anything. Dr. Phan then proceeded to mention that I was financially independent and asked if that was still the case. I am a 28 year old software engineer so his comment seemed rather perplexing. But I wondered if this is a tactic he uses with young college students to get them to sign on the spot.Being in a room with these 2 "health professionals" pressuring you to sign a loan and accept treatment for about 2 hours was the last thing I expected. Read through the other reviews and you will see I am not alone in this experience.He then proceeded to book a follow up appointment where I would come back and "discuss" further. Obviously I cancelled that appointment a few days later and did not come back.They really do excellent work

Great service and friendly staff, highly recommended for any dental work. Dr.Lara is amazing and very professional. I went there for an emergency and they took care of me really fast.

After a bicycle accident I came to orozen to get a diagnostic of what I should do about a possibly broken tooth.I was taken in charge by the team of Dr Abarna who was incredibly informative about what we should do about the tooth but also very helpful on how to deal with the dental insurance.Everyone was very honest about the prices of the procedures and Dr Abarna fixed my tooth very very fast and efficaciously.I definitely recommend orozen and Dr Abarna's team when it comes to dental care and excellent patient treatment.

I’ve been going to Orozen for several years now and it’s a really great clinic. Dr Abarna is always very honest and informative. I highly recommend Dr Abarna if you’re looking for a dentist in the downtown area. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity.

This place saved my life! When I was having such pain in my teeth that I couldnt sleep in the middle of the night, Orozen was the first dental clinic in my sight and I didnt even hesitate to come in here, and immediately I got an appointment the same afternoon, and the doctors helped me, I am always grateful for that, and since then for a whole year the doctors had been helping me correct my brushing habit, teach me how to floss and basically keep my mouth clean! Again, thank you for helping me!

Excellent care by the team at Orozen. They took my call and were able to get me in same day for an urgent care need. The place was CLEAN and the staff were courteous and the Dr answered all my questions and took her time to explain things to me in detail. I was also presented with cost estimates upfront so there was no stickershock.

The hygienist Audrey and the dentist Victor made me feel as comfortable as possible. They also explained to me what they are doing during each steps which made me less anxious. The office is clean and all the staff are very professional.Thank you
