I called Art's when the main pipe into my irrigation system was leaking. I had called one or two other local plumbers, but a builder friend has recommended Art's.The truck arrived on time, the plumber was professional, explained what he needed to do, and got the job done. The hourly rate was also less than other quotes. Once the pipe was in place, he explained that it still needed to cure, but as I had turned the water main off, I could turn it back on and he wouldn't need to charge me for sitting in his truck.Appreciate the straightforward, professional interaction and would use Art's again.

VERY Quick service and very professional. MY motor went in my electric furnace .The gentleman I talked to on the phone was very polite and professional and was able to send a furnace man here the same day.VERY reasonable for pricing and was able to fix the motor in my 29 yr old furnace with in a few hrs.Thanks arts plumbing and heating will definitely be using this company again and referring people that need a plumber or furnace repair ..Giving 5 stars *****

Our 3 years old sewer ejector system shut down - we were without plumbing the entire weekend as I could not find anyone to come out. .I did call RotoRooter but all they did was ask for my credit card number- tell me they'd send someone out on Saturday to look" but that they couldn't do anything until Monday anyways. This would have been an overtime minimum fee of $200 for basically nothing. I frantically tried finding someone different on Monday. Finally Art's Plumbing was recommended. The receptions

Thank you!!!About the worst thing that can happen to a hairdresser is no hot water. Especially at Christmas time. Woke up to a dead hot water tank this morning and even though you guys were swamped you came and put in a new one for me the same day! Thank you for such prompt friendly service!! Happy holidays!

I'm sure the last owner of my home was a hack. We have found so many issues. The last being the tub drain that was cross threaded, and damaging the first floor ceiling and walls. They found numerous problems and fixed everything the way it should have been done in the first place. Grateful isn't a big enough word. Thank you for getting here in less than 24 hours and taking great care of my home. Great crew. Will refer them without question.

Needed a pressure valve replaced in the utility room of my house. Tracy in the office was VERY helpful in getting this scheduled. Sean came out and did the work, and even installed a plate so that no drywalling needed to be done. It was a pleasure doing business with this company who made you feel like your business was important to them, not like they were doing you a favour!
