Literally the worst parts place I’ve been too other than Canadian Tire. From my vantage it looks like the parts people are actually computer terminal employees with literally no training, they simply push buttons on a computer. On top of that their parts acquisition system is a mess, they’ll tell you it’s on route from Edmonton and yet it is no where near. Do yourself a favour and stick to Napa and Parts Stop.

Hours aren't really helpful, and every time I go in it seems like they have less and less of the common vehicle repair items. Even the staff agreed.

I had a second defective alternator for my truck in about 4 months. The associate that was helping me discovered that there was a higher amperage second option to use instead of the smaller one I was sold twice. He matched the price so I didn't have to pay more. It would be great if PartSource would step up to help cover the cost of installation now for the third time in 4 months. An in-store credit or gift card would help for the now over $400 this issue has caused, especially in these times with money being extra tight.

Just as good if not better than canadian tire.Cheers and thank you for your detailed help.BTW, when doing brake pads, buy the 12 dollar kit with the replacement bits, its essential. Springs and such.

Disappointing service this week. was on the hunt for a replacement part, confirmed with the desk on year make model and trim. Waited for the part to come in & upon installation we found it was not the correct fit. When asked why this happened we were told it was because we didn’t specify enough information. as we’ve been here previously I find that hard to justify the inconvenience in time and money coming from out of townUltimately the lack of care and attention here is why we’ll be going to Napa. Thanks
