I always purchase pizza here, they are alright I love ther pizzas. The location is pretty clean parking is good and the staff are pretty polite and friendly

I ordered regular Hawaiian and pepperoni pizza today. Picked it up and didn't check it at the store. Once I got home, I noticed the pizza were not even round. Both were very dry, thin crust, crunchy, over cooked. Not enough cheese. I will order from somewhere else next time. Not gonna spend money here as they don't know how to make good pizza.

I ordered two pizzas from this location. Worst pizza I ever had.pizzas were wet from middle part and can’t even hold the slice properly. Called customer service he said max to max can give $15 credit. I spent $32 on the order and I wasn’t looking for credit. But there could be better things. I also work at restaurants never gave this kinda food and service. Disappointed from food and service.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Tried to redeem the raptors free pizza, staff there says it’s not valid. Told me that I’m the first customer to try to redeem the coupon. Ended up going to another location, and got my pizza. But the staff at the other location still treat you like trash. I rather go to pizza nova or Pizza Hut, I will never go back to pizza pizza again.

Not happy at all. This is not the first time that I have received burnt pizzas and Panzerotto. Today, we ordered 3 panzerotti and they were burnt. We brought it up with the shop staff/owner and they blamed it on using old oil. Why don't they change the oil if you are aware of this? They refused to process a full refund and all he replied with is if we remake it

Ordered the walk in special for $8.99 large pepperoni as this place usually has great pizza—thick crust, crispy on the outside and soft inside—for this same deal. My family are regulars there but this time I’m the one who picked up the pizza. What we got is thin crust, crunchy all the way through and as seen in the photos the bottom shows over cooked. We’re too far to take this back to the store, as we discovered this upon getting home. If you order from this location (McCowan/Bur Oak), they let you look at the pizza before taking it out so make sure you check thoroughly before leaving the store.

I ordered pizza many times from this place but recently for all of my orders I alway gets soggy pizza base.I thought May be it’s due to topings but I have ordered with only olives and pepper still got the same issue.

Worst customer service experience ever. I purchase from this location on the regular, once orc twice a week. Their pizza is never perfect, but you let it slide because it's still acceptable. Today, like many times before, I ordered my regular pizza with the creamy garlic drizzle on top. Upon opening the box, we notice no visible sauce. I thought he forgot. So I take my pizza box and explain to him what I ordered. Instead of fixing the pizza, the employee starts arguing with me about how everyone makes the pizza differently and how he already put the drizzle on to and baked it. It's there I just can't see it because it's melted. I explain to him that's not how I like it, can you fix it - either make me a new one, or just add some drizzle on top. He outright refused. He was rude, unprofessional and acted like he was giving out free pizza. You get what you get. I asked for the managers number and his name, to which he refused again.Pathetic service. Don't waste your time at this location. Drive the extra 5 minutes and go elsewhere. Will not be taking my business there.Extremely disappointed. And baffled at his treatment and customer service.

Worst pizza pizza location ever. Olives were spoilt i guess, the staff just ignored saying that’s what we always have. Both the pizzas were poor quality, soggy even for a dine in.
