I had worst experience with a realtor from FairSquare. I wanted to buy a house and decided to go with FairSquare. FairSquare assigned me a realtor. I won't publicly name the realtor. There are so many things I want to share about this person.- When he hadn't responded to one of my texts/calls by end of the day after he promised he would get back to me by end of the day, this is what he had to say:DO NOT TELL ME HOW TO DO MY JOB"- He was clearly not happy when he came to know I decided to go with a different real estate lawyer other than what he recommended. He used offensive language about my lawyer on the call with me when I asked him to send documents requested by my lawyer. From there on

My Wife and I had placed our home for sale in Edmonton Alberta, in 2022. I was not sure about selling a home, or how Realtors would be working at first in selling our home. I will say this, over time we became comfortable knowing our home was in good hands understanding this being our first home, and selling for the first time as this was our only home purchase until we retired. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Being old fashioned we were concerned about showings with covid 19. All agents and FairSquare Group Realty looked after us until. Purplebricks was a pleasure to work with. Their system for setting up viewings is great. The initial realtor i dealt with and the offers and negotiation team was second to none. I won't use a traditional realtor again due to the HIGH SAVINGS, quick sell and how easy it was to contact the purplebricks team.

This is the third property I have sold with Fairsquare in just over a year ( also bought a property with them back in Jun 2021) and I can definitely see the value they provide & especially the savings in commission. They are really organized and everyone is really pleasant to deal withHowever, this time around I would have liked them to be more proactive with one thing. During the process of selling this last propery, after almost every single showing I received feedback through Fairsquare from the potential buyers, however pretty much every single time it has been very vague or short and I could have really used a detailed feedback that would have helped me see the place through the buyer's eyes so I have reached out to Fairsquare asking them to seek out the detailed feedback whether it was positive or constructive, to reach out to the respective Realtors, never heard anything back from them about it so I took the matter in my own hands and called the realtors individually ( they left business cards after showings) and I was able to get detailed feedback from them directlySo that was the only downfall of Fairsquare, otherwise excellent throughout

Where to start, the realtor lady we hadWas the worst realtor I have ever met.She was rude and very unprofessional.She had showings booked wrong dates and times, told other realtors the place was empty , and they could come show whenever they wanted..WRONG we were still living there.Then once sold the sign just was gone one day, assumed she the realtor picked it up, she said no then called us liars, like we took her sign , what the heck Would I want with a cheapPaper sign,????? RidiculousThen when we told her she unconvienced us she laughedTerrible poor customer service !

We live about 45 min North of Edmonton. Fairsquare sent a person out (cost us $200) to take pictures and list. While talking with the listing agent, he would not tell us what he thought the listing price should be. After a couple days he called and said they would only list our house at $150,000 less than what we wanted to list for. They did refund the $200. We ended up selling our house for $75,000 more than they were willing to list for. They use old listings and properties that were not comparable which could have lost us a lot of money.Make sure you know what your house is worth and don't let them low ball your asking price for a quick sale.

We sold...and fast! We saved thousands in commissions and with the help of the team at Purplebricks, selling our home was surprisingly easy.
